We are purchasing a brand new 2008 Iasca Navion 24H from Watt’s RV in Kent, Washington, about 30 miles south of our home in Seattle. This is a Winnebago brand Class C Motorhome, 24′ 6″ long, built on the Mercedes Sprinter chassis with a 6 cylinder Mercedes diesel engine.
We will pick it up on Tuesday afternoon, February 26.

This is an experiment to document our travels as an adjunct to the main website.
Following our retirement in 1997 we have completed 5 years of sailing on Alcyone from Seattle to Florida and 5 years of travels in Europe on our river/canal boat Fiesta. We also made short trips to Mexico by air. These are documented on the website www.shannon-garvey.com .
We are now in the process of buying a small RV so that we can visit our own country, the USA. We will fill in more details in further posts.
